THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me PRICE ISAAC PARRY of 56 Westminster Road Moss Wrexham in the county of Denbigh made this 19th day of September 1940
I hereby revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last will and Testament
I appoint Mary D Peters and Hilda D Maddocks to be Executrixes of this my will and direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I give and bequeath unto my wife Phoebe Parry all real and personal estate I may die possessed of for her life at the decease of my wife Phoebe parry I direct that my estate be divided between my son John Davies Parry and my daughter Ethel Davies Parry in equal shares. Dated this 19th day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred 1940
