THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me LOUISA NEWNS of 43 Wheelwright Road Erdington Birmingham in the county of ----
I HEREBY revoke all Wills and testamentary instruments heretofore made by me.
I APPOINT my son William George Newns "Bodchwil" Dolwen Rd Llanelian of Colwyn Bay in the county of ---- and my second Son Henry Albert Newns 38 Ash Grove of Wavertree Liverpool in the county of ---- to be EXECUTORS to this my will.
I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall, be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I GIVE and BEQUEATH any money left in the Bank after the above expenses are paid to my son Samuel John Newns in South Africa. That the lnvestment of £175.0.0. in "The Primitive Methodist Chapel Aid Association" be divided as follows £50.0.0. to my son Samuel John Newns. £50.0.0. to my only daughter Louisa White of 43 Wheelwright Rd £25.0.0. To my grandaughter Dora Newns of 38 Ash Grove Liverpool on her entering the University or failing that upon her 21st birthday. £25.0.0. To my grandson William George Newns Jnr. on his entering the University or failing that on his 21st birthday. £25.0.0. To my Daughter Louisa White in trust for my grandaughter Dilys Louisa Newns to be used solely for her benefit as they both shall agree either upon the occasion of her marriage or upon her training for her career. To my daughter Louisa White the Indenture No.12935 of land belonging to me at Peacehaven in trust for my grandchildren William George Newns Jnr. and Dora Newns. This land to be sold at her discretion and the proceeds spent in equal proportion after deducting any expenses entailed upon their careers. To my daughter Louisa White the sewing machine Plated Presentation Teapot Gold Broach Plated Fruit stand worcester ware buscuit barrel 1 doz Plated Dessert spoons ½ Doz.Plated Dessert Forks wristlet watch gateleg oak Table Dark oak bedstead & Hair mattress. To my son-in-law Frank Jesse White the Oak Bookcase in the dining room for his kindness & affection shown to me. My Bedroom suite with the light oak bedstead & mattress and the kitchen suite, to be sold & the money divided equally amongst my four children floor coverings bed & Table linen, also my clothes, to be left to my daughter Louisa White for her own use or to dispense whatever she may think fit amongst the other persons mentioned in this will. The Books & Pictures to be divided as each may desire. To my son William George Newns my oak easy chair & invalid chair. To my daughter in law Nellie Newns 1 doz Plated teaspoons. My grandson Eric George Newns has not been mentioned in this will because he has already had his portion £25.0.0. on his entrance to the University in Liverpool.

Louisa Newns of 43 Wheelwright Road Erdington in the City of Birmingham, widow, died there on the 8th day of December 1930
Administration was granted to William George Newns of Bod Chwel, Dolwen Road, Llanelian in the County of Denbigh, Schoolmaster, son of the deceased, one of the Executors named in the will. Power reserved of making the like Grant to Henry Albert Newns, son also of the said deceased, the other Executor named in the said Will
